The space between visits

A good plan is only
the beginning.

The appointment ends. The work of keeping care connected doesn’t.

There’s a review to prepare. Advice from different practitioners to bring together. A patient whose routine has changed.

Haily brings that context into the work, helping your team turn what they know into clear, considered next steps.

Haily Knowledge

A world of research.
Within reach.

Give your team access to thousands of research papers through a shared knowledge layer. Bring research literature alongside your organisation’s own resources and approved guidance.

Start with knowledge for your team. In a clinic, that same foundation can inform the care reviews and approved next steps Haily helps prepare.

Explore knowledge for your team

One knowledge layer. Different ways to use it.

01 / Specialist organisations

Bring a field of knowledge together.

A specialist nutrition organisation can use Haily to give its professionals access to a collection of thousands of research papers, alongside its own educational and reference material.

A knowledge use case in its own right.

02 / Multidisciplinary clinics

Connect research with your way of caring.

Give practitioners a shared foundation of research, clinic protocols and approved guidance. Your professionals decide which sources are relevant and how they apply to a patient’s care.

For example, a longevity clinic can bring nutrition, movement and medical perspectives into an ongoing care programme.

Inside your AI care team

One care team.
A shared understanding.

Different expertise, working from the same picture. Haily brings your clinic’s knowledge, professional perspectives and patient context into a review your team can act on.

Explore the three foundations

The foundations / 01

Research, grounded in your practice.

Haily’s knowledge layer brings access to thousands of research papers alongside your organisation’s resources, protocols and approved guidance. For care-team work, your clinic selects the sources that inform each review.

The knowledge layer also serves specialist organisations in its own right. Your organisation defines the collection, access and professional review responsibilities.

How it becomes care

  1. A sourced draft
  2. Professional approval
  3. Agreed next steps
How the product fits together

Haily connects three layers: your organisation’s approved knowledge and permissions, AI assistants configured around professional roles, and an evolving view of patient context. Together, they support a shared care-review workflow.

The beta foundation covers drafting, professional sign-off and arranging approved actions around patient routines. The longer-term model adds persistent tracking, so unresolved work can be carried into the next review. In the pilot, the clinic’s coordinator manages that follow-through manually.

Before we talk

A few good
questions.

Can we use Haily for knowledge access?

Yes. Haily’s knowledge layer supports access to collections of thousands of research papers alongside an organisation’s own resources and approved guidance. Specialist organisations can use it to support their professionals; clinics can also use it as the knowledge foundation for care-team work. We agree the collection, access and scope with your organisation.

Who is Haily for?

Haily is built for multidisciplinary clinics and healthcare groups that need to coordinate work across practitioners, programmes and locations. Haily Knowledge also serves specialist organisations that want to make research and their own guidance accessible to their professionals.

What can we try in the private beta?

The beta foundation is preparing drafts from your approved knowledge and patient context, professional sign-off, and organising approved actions around a patient’s routine. We agree one workflow and its boundaries together. Persistent tracking, broader outreach and reusable integrations are being developed.

How does Haily work with our existing systems?

We assess the records and workflows your clinic already uses, then agree which supported inputs can be brought into the pilot. Haily can work alongside an EHR or in a clinic-branded workspace. Compatibility and any implementation work are confirmed during scoping.

Who makes the clinical decisions?

Your professionals do. Haily prepares work for review; a qualified professional checks and approves clinical recommendations before they are shared or acted on. Your clinic defines permissions, responsibilities and escalation routes.

Do patients need another app?

Not necessarily. We start with your team’s workflow. A clinic-branded workspace with patient access can be considered where it suits the programme; a new app for every patient is not a prerequisite.

How would a pilot be priced?

Our proposed starting point is $5 per scheduled agent coverage hour. We agree the workload, coverage window and spending cap before a pilot. This is not a charge for each practitioner: a coordination role can support several members of your team. Implementation is scoped separately.

What happens before we share patient information?

We agree the permitted data, access, retention, responsibilities and required agreements with your clinic before using patient information. The website demonstration uses a fictional patient. Security and data requirements form part of pilot scoping.
