One question.
A shared starting point.
What would make the agreed plan practical for Alex?
Brings relevant context to the selected agents. The Haily platform
Haily connects specialist agents, selected knowledge and shared patient context. A coordinator brings the work together, while your professionals guide care and approve clinical decisions.
Specialist agents. One connected care team.
A coordinator brings patient context to the selected agents. Their contributions come together for professional review, with approved next steps passed to a named care owner.

Systems & clinical workspaces
Bring Haily’s knowledge and AI care teams into the way your clinic works. Together, we’ll define the connections and workspace your team needs.
Before we talk
A coordinator brings relevant patient context and clinic guidance to the selected agents. Their contributions are brought together as work for professional review. A qualified professional approves clinical decisions, and a named care owner follows through on the agreed actions.
The knowledge marketplace expands the research and resources available to your organisation. The specialist agents marketplace we’re developing adds defined roles that can use selected knowledge within your workflows. Agent availability, scope, permissions and review responsibilities are agreed with your clinic.
Yes. Clinics, specialist organisations and professional communities can use Haily Knowledge independently of an AI care team. Bring your own resources together with collections of thousands of research papers, then expand your knowledge base through the marketplace. We agree the available collections, access and scope with your organisation.
Choose relevant knowledge from health organisations, professional communities and researchers to add to your organisation’s knowledge base. We confirm collection availability and access with you. Connecting a source does not automatically make it clinic policy: your professionals decide what should guide care.
The beta foundation is preparing drafts from your approved knowledge and patient context, professional sign-off, and organising approved actions around a patient’s routine. We agree one workflow and its boundaries together. Persistent tracking, broader outreach and reusable integrations are being developed.
We assess your EHR, clinical tools and workflows, then confirm supported connections and any implementation work during scoping. We do not assume every system is supported out of the box. You can also discuss a white-label, AI-enabled EHR configured around your clinic; its capabilities and delivery are agreed as part of the project.
Your professionals do. Haily prepares work for review; a qualified professional checks and approves clinical recommendations before they are shared or acted on. Your clinic defines responsibilities, permissions and escalation routes.
We agree a deployment plan after understanding your workflow, knowledge sources, systems and data requirements. Start with one defined use case and a named clinical owner. The pilot’s findings guide any wider rollout.
Our proposed starting point is $5 per scheduled agent coverage hour. We agree the workload, coverage window and spending cap before a pilot. This is not a charge for each practitioner: a coordination role can support several members of your team. Implementation is scoped separately.
Haily is HIPAA and GDPR compliant, with SOC 2 work in progress. Before using patient information, we agree the permitted data, access, retention, responsibilities and required agreements with your clinic. Security and integration requirements are part of deployment scoping. The demonstration on this page uses a fictional patient.
Let’s agree the knowledge, systems and professional review process for a useful first workflow.
